Steel Boat

I am shortly going to see a steel boat (Bruce Roberts) built by a UK boatyard (Dragon Boatbuilders of Hayling) in 1989. Obviously a professional survey would be required prior to purchase but anyone got any pointers as to what to look for or expect to have been done to it since 1989. It has apparently spent a good proportion of its life laid up while being fitted out.
