Steaming/deck light

I have acquired a combo mast/decklight. It has only one wire protruding from the rear. Due to lack of instructions or knowledge as to fitting I am seeking help. Thanks.

it will req 3 wires
1 common neg to each light
1 pos to steaming (switched)
1 pos to deck (switched )

the cable attached would/should be a 3 core cable
