Steam cleaner for blisters

Boat osmosis blisters that is!
We propose to attack our blisters by the scrape out clean and fill mentor, doing part of the hull whenever she comes out.
We understand that steam cleaning can help the clean out process. We would like to have steam cleaner available in our small store in Spain. Would one of those car type jobbies do the trick?

Any amount of cleaning will help, but what is more important is making sure the glassfibre is as dry as possible before filling.
