STCW95 Courses Required?

I see that one of IYT's affiliates Clubsail is now claiming that

the wider cfontext is for charter companies, and i believe it is tru that stcw95 is minimum for crew of a commercial vessel.

Yup it is needed for 24m+ vessels crew, and for charter work. In the med you cannot work as crew without it regardless of what any rules say, becos virtually no one will employ you
