Can anybody reccommend a site, or give me a quick guide, as to how to fit the end of a new forestay into one of those s/s DIY terminals with a cone inside? I have the old one, but it's a bit of a mess.

Many thanks

Tight Wads use Hi Mod swageless fittings. No need for a new cone. Don't fill the fitting up with any sort of mastic when you re- assemble Current wisdom is that you are more likley to get crevice corrosian if you do.

Look at the peterson site already listed. They have a video on their site showing how to assemble their swegeless terminals.

I used peterson for the swegeless terminals at the bottom and S3i far all the wire and the upper t-ball terminals.

I found that to be the most cost effective and both are very good in customer support.
