Starbright Liquid Electrical Tape

I want to buy some Starbright Liquid Electrical Tape. (which I believe was mentioned in PBO)
and when I look on line at the normal chandlers they dont seem to stock it.
Does anyone know of a chandlers who does stock it or who the UK Importers/Distributors are
