I busted my LVM dinghy pump (dropped it on the deck and smashed the connector between pump and dinghy). Just had an email response from Cleghorn Waring, "LVM Shop" - and new connection kit being sent FOC within 24hours.

Great customer service still exists - you've just gotta be lucky enough to unwittingly stumble across it!
