Hello everyone!

We have replaced every bit of running rigging apart from the topping lift, since we bought Maestro. We have never done a thing to the standing rigging though, and are wondering if it really is right, or whether (more likely) it isn't, and might account for some of the oddities in handling. Can folk recommend anyone local to have a look at it for us?

Southminster based, but travels all over, has done a lot of work for Roach Sailing Assoc members....

Have a chat with Craig Bond aka Merlin 3688 of this parish. Craig has been involved with masts and rigging virtually since leaving school quite a few years ago. He has worked for SailSpar, Z spars and others and is now operating in his own right as well as running the Sailing School at Brightlingsea SC.

A very knowledgeable chap who will be competitive in his pricing!
