just in case anyone in similar situ
i bought a standard horrixon vhf, bundled with amongst other things a pa horn, horn was 8 ohm not 4 as stated in manual. I told the supplier (mes) would only be half as loud, they agreed and put pressure on SH to correct the matter. Well today a 4 ohm has arrived. Part number is 240SW for reference. Took over 6 months but have to say mes have been brilliant. I was in no rush anyway.
MES upgraded my ray c70 software foc onboard (they offered) and I didnt even buy it from them !
Although have to say navionics tidal data from poole is way out unless i am missing something..?
