Standard horizon 2200

[Quadriga]

At 02.30 I was woken by a loud screeching noise coming from my dsc radio whuch was turned off. The only way to stop it was to turn the radio on. I left it on so I could get some sleep. In the morning, I turned it off. NO NOISE!
Any Suggestions,please?
