stainless tank repair

Hi all
I have a stainless tank 500 ltrs have a small leak 250ml in 24 hrs I have a stick welder on board dont want to use this as i might cause more problems as working in restricted space and in the med .
Can anyone suggest a readily available epoxy i could use must be non toxic as it is a fresh water tank.
