Stainless steel fabricator for new stem head fitting

I need a new bow fitting for my UFO 31. I have to get one made and it looks like I will have to take a mould of the bow, make up a replica of the stem head and bring it to a fabricator as there is no one near the boat who will do it for me in the proper marine grade stainless steel. Questions are:
1. Any recommendations for a manufacturer?
2. Any better ideas?

I don't think you need to go to as much trouble as that, as long as you get the measurements of the fixing points relative to each other correct, along with the height of the points where the guardrails attach, you can pretty much use your imagination as to design or just supply whoever you choose to do the fabricating with a few photos in addition to the measurements. Obviously the more simple the design the less expensive it's likely to be...
