I've used a couple of stainless fabricators in Plymouth.

Try Phoenix 316 by QAB. They have always been very helpful to me. They have the gear to make and polish almost anything in stainless.

You will also find that a plumber with a proper pipe bender will be able to bend 22mm stainless
