Hi Gang,
Not been about for a while... but would appreciate your views.
I was looking at heat exchangers and water injection ports for exhausts on car/van/truck type engines, and not getting very far.
So called in on my brother, He runs a bespoke stainless fabrication firm mainly dealing with custom shiney bits fro VW vans and the like.
After a chat and a dubious cup of coffee i showed him a couple of exhaust joints that i'd had problems sourcing. "Yeah, I can do them" said he. So we talked some more about stainless exhaust outlets, silencers and overheat alarms, as well as heat exchanger boxes.
Now, do you people out there still put engines in boats, and does anyone marinize their own? Have you had any specific problems with marinization parts?
I really do appreciate your thoughts.
Steve.
