Stability Booklet.

Just got a job to look at two old barges at Canary Wharf with a view to converting them into a temporary floating bridge. Should I expect to receive a stability booklet for a vessel like this?
I believe that they belong to British Waterways and that they have previously been used for transport of excavated spoil.
