Wind strength indicator moves randomly from F2 to F11 and back in a nano second. New anemometer at masthead has not fixed the problem. New head unit tried and made no difference. Wire between the two partly replaced. We have just fitted new 240v/12v systems and associated wiring and I'm wondering if the wire between masthead and ST60 is laying alongside a new wire which may have 240v/12v in it. Would that cause disrupted data on the ST60? Anyone experienced similar symptoms before?
