Does anyone have a copy of the Raymarine ST50 Tridata Service manual or circuit diagram ?

Mine has gone a bit sad, and won't hold its settings when switched off. Also the log reading is dysfunctional. A skilful electronician friend has offered to have a go at it (he's already successfully fixed my ST50 wind instrument) , but it would be much easier for him with a circuit diagram. There are some scans I found previously on the web, but they don't include the ST50 Tridata.

I've got the circuit diagram and component list, although they're rather indistinct scans. If you message me with your email address, I'll send you images.
 
Thanks both - I had a similar set to that from superheat64 con file, but they were so badly reproduced that I couldn't tell which diagram was which. So pvb's selection and photoshopping was very welcome! It's now with my electronically-talented friend. If all else fails I've noted via an earlier YBW discussion (Autohelm ST50 and Raymarine ST60 ) that an ST60 Tridata head can be used in place of ST50 one; ST60s seem to be a bit more available through eBay etc.

Dragging up this old thread, I have a fault on an ST50 display. I have the circuits linked to above but they are almost unreadable on the PC screen and not a hope of reading anything if you try printing them.

You mention enhanced images? Did you produce them or just find them. It is the circuit and layout for the ST50 Tridata display I need which is on page 18 and 18 of that PDF linked to above.
