ST50 Log/Depth Calibration

I have recently bought a yacht with a set of ST50 instruments, but unfortunately no manuals.
Most of the functions are straightforward, but can anyone explain how to calibrate the log, and how to set up the offset on the echosounder?
If there is a spare ST50 manual out there, I would be very pleased to borrow/buy it.

If no one comes up with answers before then, I have ST50 echosounder manual aboard and will bring it back after weekend. Log is Stowe, though.

I have a ST50 manual, on the boat I think, I'm going on board tonight so will check and reply again, probably on monday. I possibly have a spare, but if not could photo copy and send to you.

I'm pretty certain that the ST50 user operation is the same.
