St Malo tides vs Dover

Can anyone tell me the tidal difference Dover vs St Malo ( for Saturday 30th June). I don't want to know the times of tides at St Malo that day just the difference to Dover -- so that I can relate it to my tidal atlas and work out which way to set off that morning having arrived on the overnight ferry.

Reeds gives -0506 on Dover as the standard difference; 5 hrs for Government work?
