Just made a phone call to see if we could get berth for sat/sun night.Told to best arrive on 11 am morning tide as they have over 50 boats locking in on evening tide.
Mmm... think i might leave it as will need to leave at some ungodly hour to get there in time for morning entry.
How about Limehouse?

All being well I will be in Limehouse Saturday overnight....keep an eye open for me.
There are about 15 boats coming down from Chertsey to Limehouse Saturday, St Kats Sunday.

Limehouse is OK. A lot quieter than St Kats and some really good pubs and restaurants along the waterfront.
The entry window is much better than St Kats.
A nice little bar on premises and I found the folk v.friendly.

I'd endorse that whilst it doesnt have the name it has some nice people and as you say a bigger window of entry & exit.

Good luck Tony, not that you'll need it. I couldn't get the weekend off or I'd be there too.

I've always found Limehouse very friendly and theres a superb sea food Chinese restaurant a short walk towards St Kats from Limehouse.

Have fun (git)

:)
