After an aggrieved party, reporting his travails over Part I registration, I breathed a sigh of relief that mine was Part III.

Got on the website to renew, only to find ways of doing every thing but that.

Am I missing something?

Last time I renewed I just phoned up and had the new one within 48 hours.

Last time I looked you could do everything except renew it on line. You can change the number of hulls if you like! When it last came up on here the conclusion was to increase the LOA by 5cm and reduce it again in 5 years time!

Yes It specifically rules out renewal via the website, in the small print.

Seems particularly nonsensical - I'd have thought that was the easiest and most obvious thing to do on their website.

Apparently you have to wait for them to contact you by snailmail - with a reminder - at which time I'll be on my boat and out of the country!!
