Please advise if there are many others who are being charged by square mile for wifi in your marina, when the service is not there anymore. I am in Brighton. I have told them to stuff it months ago due to the service being unusable. They are chasing me for the last three months fees, they are also refusing to cancell my su bscription even though the service ceased at Brighton over one month ago.

Does anyone want to collectively fight back.
Is anyone going to pay for a poor service
Has anyone had any joy with the service at any marina

If you respond to the "regrade" email that they sent you, then at least they won't try to bill you further.

As for them chasing you for money, I reckon you're safe to tell them to stuff it, since their service never seems to have really worked. They'd have fun trying to chase that one up in court.

I've been warning for a couple of years that these are a bunch of rip-off merchants.
Someone with enough evidence should report them to Oftel and the office of fair trading.

I'm sorry to say that in the end I paid them for the three months (largely as they were threatening to use debt collectors, who can be a right farking pain in the erse), simultaneously being as close to abusive as I could get away with, and promising to publicise as widely as possible their many, fundamental, failings.

I'm planning to spend half a day next week ringing around various marina management...
