with the reported decline in price of older second hand boats,what would be the realistic price of a fairline squadron 55 circa 2000 advertised for many months at around 550,000 euro be.thanks.

Well a quick trawl thru the ads on the Boats for Sale section of this site would suggest that the asking price of €550k is about average for the year but, on the other hand, there do seem to be a lot of them on the market, about 50 on this website alone. Before making any other comments, I would ask a couple of questions

Where is the boat located?
Who is it being sold through?
What condition is it in and how many hours?

Because all of the above will affect the saleability of the boat as well as it's price
