Am wanting to order. What decisions do you need to make(apart from colour) What do buttons do?Want edge rolled?Any downside to having in 2 pieces(easier access under) Any other thoughts?

Buttons and edge rolling go together otherwise the fabric wouldn't follow the shape of the roll.
Rolled edges are more comfortable to sit on and provide a slight lee cloth effect at sea, stopping you sliding off when having a doze.
Corners. If you have a U or L shape settee, how do you want the fabric to look? You could have all one way, or the pattern could follow around the corner, in which case do you want a mitred effect on the corner squab?
Chopping up lengths of berth cushions to match top access lockers under works really well. But expect to pay extra for more items.
Practical fabric is good. Practical fabric with a bit of luxury to it is better.
