Sprayhood Screen Cleaner?

Any recommendations for a product to clean the clear plastic screen on sprayhoods? I tried a Starbright product, 2 separate bottles, a scratch remover and a polish, but these were specified for acrylic and not very effective since the screen material is plastic I think. The screen has some light scratches but does not have any damage as such so is worth renovating if possible.

I successfully used the mildest product from T-cut - Halfords or similar should have it

I used auto glym on the Merc convertable but didn't stay good for long. Best to just get new ones put in....not that expensive but huge difference.

I have seen both toothpaste and Brasso recommended on previous threads on this topic, but never tried either so can't give you first hand feedback!

I use car polish (Mer). Takes off the bloom and keeps it nice.

I'll second Renovo plastic window polish. OK it looks expensive for a small bottle, but it does the job. Brings it up like new.
