I typed in my old boat's name into t'internet this evening and discovered she was up for sale:

Great to see that she has been well looked after since we waved goodbye in 2009 - she's a great old girl and I hope she finds a new owner who pours as much love into her as her last three guardians. They don't build them like that any more!

I came across Djinn Seng in Brighton at the Ancaster pontoon.... ten or soyears after I said goodby
Also saw (but not up for sale) Imlptish in Littlehampton.

i used to sail djinn seng when new if she is a toledo . we under the crafty hand of nick stratton cleaned up on the west coast in herday , nothing could touch her , including other toledos

I saw Substitute for sale a couple of years after I had sold her. The new owner got intouch to ask questions.
I saw my motor boat, a Taylor 466, for sale a couple of years after I sold her.
I saw my trimaran for sale about a year after I sold her (almost bought her back)
I saw Serendipity, my clinker dinghy, for sale about 2 years after I sold her. I did buy her back.

This was during the first ownership

I googled one of mine, on which I cruised the US east coast and Bahamas for a couple of years, and found a picture of her before I owned her. She was then owned by a priest who used her to cruise the Caribbean for several years:
