Spinnaker pole height on mast for 20 footer?

Hi all, can’t find any info any where. Ideally I’m looking for a formula of where to mount spinnaker pole to mast. My I measurement is (from spinnaker halyard to side deck) is 7m.
the spinnaker luff is 7m. J measurement is 2.4 m and the pole is 2.4m. Is there a formul that can calculate optimum pole height? I.e 10%of I measurement?
I will have twin poles on launchers so no track. Also I’m aware that the height changes depending on wind angle and strength.

I have a track and spent a couple of hours on a windless day getting the sails out and marking up the correct height on the track.

Not aware of any formula, but maybe twice the height of the gooseneck would be a reasonable starting point. If possible I'd try and mount something temporary and go out in light winds for a play, then decide.

Or look around the yard for something about the same size and copy it...
