How do you tell them apart? The sail in question has almost equal luff and leech and the three points are labelled clew, tack and head so I'm assuming cruising chute. Am I right?
Most cruising chutes have a much longer luff than leach. It may be an asymmetric spinnaker intended to be set from a pole (not bowsprit) for reaching?
Some racing boats have these.
Does it have a length of line running up the luff?
When you hoist it fully, does the tack come down to around pulpit level, or is it higher for a pole?
