Spinnaker Halyard -- Guidance

Hi, I need to rethread my Spinnaker Halyard (Old one is gone so cannot simply pull through) Thinking --are there throughbolts/strengtheners between spreaders, If yes, assume I need to get the halyard in front of those, to ensure frictionless action and when under load, halyard pulling against those through bolts. Any top tops for ensuring halyard goes down internally at the front of the mast.. The mast is up so has some rake..

Get a (few) fat friend(s) to stand on the bow?

You may be able to use a magnet on the outside of the mast to guide a steel weight down the inside of the mast.

Can you use a genoa halyard that's already using the proper route to pull it through?

And... if the straight line from the insides of the top and bottom sheaves is behind any internal structure that's probably the better route anyway - subject to the gap being big enough for everything.
