Spinflo Nelson cooker build date

Hi, needing some parts for our spinflo Nelson soh15 cooker.

We need a thermocouple for the hob, a burner for the hob and a replacement oven burner.

Usually I would just replace all but at £750 I need to get my hands dirty this winter.

Can anybody confirm that the 2001 on the serial number is the date of manufacture?

Unless you spend days at sea and do not have shore power or solar you may be better off getting rid of the gas system and going Electric. I have a small portable gas hob just in case. When I bought Merak it was the first thing I replaced (ex Gas Engineer). It also enabled me to fit a 12v refrigerator in its place.

It’s a coastal racing yacht. That does not suit at all

Last production October 2020 according to the website. I am pretty shocked to find very little spares available for what looks like a decent cooker from a proper manufacturer. Some websites are showing stock but when I called they don't actually have whats needed. Shame to put this in the bin!
