We were sitting in the Ferry pub, there were a lot of boats moored on the island at cookham on Friday evening. One of their dinghies spent an hour speeding between the island and the ferry pontoon and up and down the lock cut. We have pictures of him and will try to trace him through the lock keeper. We would have thought that proper boaters would have known better.
