Spec/where to buy fuel hose.

Hi

I discovered (in a rather unfortunate fashion) that the hose from my filler in the side deck to the feedthrough in the cockpit floor is too short and isn't connected to the filler at the top end (just touches but gap around).

The hose appears to be 50mm ID and 60mm OD but it is a little awkward measuring the ID so it may be 2". It's translucent with a spiral winding. The fuel is unleaded petrol.

I thought I'd just buy another length from Force4 but they don't seem to have it on their website. Googling throws up a vast range of spec's and prices all from relatively obscure sites.

Is 50mm/2" fuel hose unusual? Any words of wisdom/advice on preferred materials/where to buy?

Thanks

Darren

The clear stuff is unlikely to be acceptable for marine survey purposes. I had to replace mine for insurance and have42" left over of 2" od of if anyone wants it.

Hose should be fire resistant, as per standards BS EN ISO 7840, or BS ISO 15540.

I'd get it from ASAP also.
