Recently spent a couple of nights at Sparkes Marina, just inside Chi entrance by HISC, and would highly recommend the on site restaurant; 'Marina Jaks'. It has recently been taken over by a London chef and he seems to be doing a great job.
Its certainly not cheap but well worth it - we had a superb meal and the service was suitbaly discreet & efficient. At weekends its best to book.
