All the weather forecasts posted in my marina are in Spanish, I've got the dictionary and can make out most of it but there are certain words which I think are nautical terms which I can't find a translation of, namely "Rolando" (I think that's right) and "marejadilla". Any ideas...?

marejadilla is quite good for powerboats, as far as i know. "Flatissimo". Marejada or summink like that is a bit more swell and waves. Youy could always try and just go out anyway, to discover exactly what it means. From memory, "fuerza" is pretty bad news.

Rolando mean "mentioning". Or, it may be that it is an advert for a secondhand keyboard syth that someone in the harbourmaster's office is trying to sell on the same noticeboard.

hoep this helps.
