Where in Spain?. The northern marinas in and around the rias are very reasonable for a 40 ft yacht last year I was paid a low of euro 15 per night . The most expensive was euro 25 in Bayona. If you get down towards the Med I think you will see things change dramatically. The ports before you enter the Med are not too bad. Heard good reports of Ayamonte being reasonable
Might also be easier to ask for price per square metre so you are comparing apples with apples. Width matters.
We got longer term rates at .60 euros per sq metre in Palma Mallorca during 05/06 - IMHO possibly the most expensive Spanish location in summer months.
Good luck in getting more data

In the Bilbao / Gijon area of N Spain we found ourselves paying around £15 to £25 per night for a 10m x 4 m cat. Surprisingly, and unlike the UK, there was no room to haggle the cat extra. It was either beam times length for everyone or alternatively a length rate times 1.5 for a multi.
Lovely people, lovely place but one word of caution - boatyards are a bit too relaxed by our standards. For example, a worker up a mast with a spraygun on a very long hose, paint spraying the mast and covering att the boats nearby with overspray. A second was a wooden boat being repaired with but joints glue and mild steel nails. A third was a rudder being repaired / extended with hardboard (yes , really!) grp sheathed
Quality of work depends on the yard and the people, I've seen work as good as you get in Santa Eularia, Ibiza. The moorings in Ibiza are well expensive, more than West Cowes, unless you get on a private berth. No good all weather moorings or anchorages, even in San Antonio boats regularly get driven up the beach in the winter. In the summer, Cala Llonga, Beneirass (Ah, what a lovely place to hang out /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif) good in their own conditions - all but a lot of South and a lot of North repectively.
On the mainland, Almeria's meant to be good and cheap.
Denia and Moraria we had berths paid for with the rally/race fees, so I'm no help there.

If you decide to lay up either ashore or afloat Almerimar offers good value and, more important one of the best sheltered. In winter you can sunbathe in the morning and go skiing in the Sierra Nevada in the afternoon - if you like that sort of thing. In the summer spanish marinas are crowded but may offer you a mooring more suitable for a larger boat at plus plus extra euros! Good ground tackle is the best answer - allows extra purchases of wine.
