Although I get the normal regular spam e-mails, I am at a loss to know how I have got targeted for a boatyard? There must be someone who has collected my e-mail and associated it with yachting, and I am at a loss to how this has happened.

I assume that YBW aren't selling off e-mail details, so I wonder how the connection has been made? The only other possibility is that I have registered an interest in some yachting product on some yottie site.

Anyone else getting the same e-mail which reads like this:

Hi

A friend of mine suggested that you might be interested in our new boatyard facility, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx).

On the 22 acre site we can lift, launch and store boats and yachts of all sizes from a dinghy to a 1,000 ton ship. We also have a range of marine businesses that can help you maintain and look after your boat, including; engineers, GRP specialists, painters, stainless steel fabricators and brokers.

Please click here to watch a little video we have just made about the site.

Please call me now on +xxxxxxxxxxxx if you might be interested in using our facilities.

Kind regards
Lisa
