Unquestionable the best eating place in Tortola, BVI, is Spagetti Junction. Has a great bar called the Bat Cave attached. It's the place to start the evening with a sundowner or two on the deck overlooking the harbour. The food on the menu is fantastic. Try the filet steak in the Marsala sauce or the Ciopino.
