Anyone got space on their drive for me to leave Kelisha for a week or so.

Thinking about coming down next weekend - then coming home then down the following weekend for a week - don't see much point towing her all the way back !!!!

Anyone got room ??

Leave it at Redcliife in the compound or at Ridge or Rockley. They'll all be secure and near the water for launching.

I've pm him details and numbers for Rockley - why limit it to just 9 days, go for the whole 6 weeks!
I feel that the Poole party in August is going to be very bad - in the modern youth sense!

Probably work out cheaper leaving there for 6 weeks than a week. It was cheaper to launch and leave the cer/trailer at Rockley for a couple of days than it was for the day! I can't work it out either. Plus the saving in fuel not towing the thing.

Well Adrian, You are very welcome to leave it in my drive for a few weeks.

Cheers

so you will be down for Swanage Festival week then - brilliant fireworks to open last year (and close as well); and great shelter overnight in prevailing winds. Lets hope the weather smiles on us then!

thanks guys for the advice and numbers - What days are the Fireworks ??

Still can't decide between Rockley and Redcliffe.

Rockley
= closer to the action (no long river trip)
= quicker to get back to car if we need to use it.

Redcliffe
= easier to launch and recover
= more secluded
= better parking

Mooring / berthing may be an issue - gota decide when to hold up....

wareham next saturday and the following including live bands on the quay - which will no be heaving 'cos I have put this here!
much better (IMHO) Swanage on the second Saturday and the following one to that.
Live music at the pub in Lulworth on Thursday nights - great o/night opportunity in reasonable weather - planning Thu 7 August myself with another 1 or 2 boats
Fireworks off Bournmouth pier and Sandbanks every Friday and Saturday 'till the end of the season.
Ignore the parking thing - better to put it somewhere near Poole Quay and return to Dolphin Haven - or even Cobbs!
