If you are thinking of visiting be aware that. In the harbour entrance there is a small "jack up" platform currently moored at the knuckle just where the pilot books tell you to turn to starboard and stick close to the harbour wall. The Bailey bridge is undergoing repairs for the next 10 weeks , so no pedestrain access. I suspect that the platform will be moved down to the bridge in the next few days as there is a small tug also moored against the harbour wall.
