There is a thread over in the lounge about running and I thought this might appeal to some of you on here...In May the annual Mullbery mud run takes place in Thorpe bay, Southend. Basically, it's a run at LWS's out to the Mullbery Harbour a mile and a quarter in the Thames Estuary and back. Ideally there is very little water at the harbour but depending on timing can be waist deep. Just a bit of fun really - more info from a previous event here:
