We took part in the renewed or reloaded South Ionian Regatta, last week.
We had a shortish race from Meganisi Channel to Vasiliki, what they called the feeder race, and the next day, the full regatta, from Vasiliki, 'round Arkudi Island and into the finish at Syvota.
The 2 days were brilliant, everyone enjoying themselves and the racing was great.
So, it looks like the regatta's on the up and up, maybe it'll go back to the previous numbers of over 100 entries.
Huge thanks and respect to Mr Neil McRobert and the committee, getting it all of the ground.
