South African Registration

Could any forum reader help me by providing me with a first step on where/how to:

a) Confirm the entry/ownership of a small ship/pleasure craft (17.6m) on the South African registry of shipping;

b) Start the process of de-registering a small ship/pleasure craft from the South African register of shipping and re-registering it with the UK's shipping register (SSR).

Any help would be gratefully received.

South African Sailing (SAS) our RYA is the Appointed Authorised Agent of South African Maritime Safety Authority (SAMSA) who control the registration of yachts in South Africa.
