Sourcing of starter motor

Hi,

I am trying to source a "reconditioned" starter motor for a Lister SR3.

I have managed to source a new starter motor which is rather expensive.
Any ideas welcome - thank you !

Take your old unit off and then give it to a firm that recons car starter motors, They should be able to recondition your old unit and return it to you within 24 hours.
