Source of shock cord clips?

Spray hoods use a single hook-type stainless clip screwed into the deck onto which stretchy shock cord is hooked to to hold the spray hood flat to the deck. I am struggling to find a source of these. Maybe there is an alternative if no one has a source.

Chandlery World as recommended as a source of these clips just happens to be 15 minutes from this compooter. It is mostly a canal boat chandlers, but the second time I have found they stocked something that marine focused chandlers did not.
