Sorry for vagueness, a type of pin - what's it called?

A pin that goes through a flat shackle. It has a flat head on the end to stop it going through the shackle and a tiny hole through the other end so that you can put a piece of wire through it (like a key ring hoop). The looped wire stops the the pin coming out.

I have no idea what they are called and I need to buy some replacements. If anyone can help me with a name, then I can search!
