Somewhere near Strasbourg to leave a boat next winter?

Last summer we moved our motor boat to France; after a couple of months cruising we left the boat ashore in Rouen for the winter.

This summer we are again planning to cruise for a few months in the summer, ending up in or near Strasbourg. Could anyone suggest a good place to leave the boat near there next winter - preferably ashore? We will be back in Portugal so it won't be convenient to come and check on the boat often, if at all, over the winter - so we would like somewhere secure, and preferably not too expensive.

Also Vincent, in house mechanic / electrician and handyman for any problems or winterising the boat ‘very fast worker and also speaks excellent English. The most helpful harbour master we have found.
