No, the beam is 11ft I think. 6t is a decent displacement for that length.

No smokey oil lamps hanging from drooping headlining, no smokey stove to help darken the wood, use of colour (COLOUR!!!), ample storage in place of netting bags hung over the galley, a gas oven in place of a two-burner meths stove, no chart table on which to lay out massive sheets of paper.... It would be reckless to take this unseaworthy excuse for a yacht beyond a marina.
The owner obviously has no proper seagoing experience.
