Anyone know of such ?

It came up during the ICC thread .... interesting if there is ...

I only ask as I pursued my pal in Latvian Marine Authorities about their inland waterways licence / ICC situation .... boy that was an education !! In his words - "Nige - why are you worried ... yer a Brit ... you don't follow rules anyway ... If you really are serious .... find a licence somewhere and submit for exchange .... "

Well what can you say to that ?????

And i still havent found any replys to help me decide weather to change my Garmin 72 for a 76 and keep the world map if i do?

Nor how to get to Finland without hitting rocks?? Or Latvia without being impounded by a Russian gun boat with pulonium 232??

Life can be so complicated? Now im off to ask how to remove lead paint!That bad as its is is less problamatic! /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

What about a sailing permit for the French canals??I france i have to ask a freind who dose canal boats to give me a tempory one each time!!!
