Second one down is a Dale 45.... not many of them around!
Can you remember which one it was?

I think she might be the one moored on the Beaulieu River. I pass her and drool every time I go out.

I think she belongs to the Aisher family (the owners and racers of various Yeomans, and of Marley Tiles). One of the big riverside houses belongs to them.

saw it at the weekend too and also drooled... in fact, saw three of these in East Cowes a while back.. 2 this size and a smaller sister.

looked out for your boat at the weekend but couldn't find you:o

We were out on Friday - in Newtown, as it happens :) Got back about 5.00 pm

We're moored way up the river, about a mile above Buckler's Hard and just before the swinging moorings run out.

Quite glad you didn't spot us - she's looking a bit fin de saison at the moment....:o

You ain't kiddin' James, you should be ashamed:o, she needs a bloody good coat of looking at, and a clean wouldn't go amiss either:D, saw her last Saturday afternoon looking a bit sorry for herself.

And to think they owe me £200, maybe I could send in the debt collectors:D

Yes; I thought you might have seen her :). It's a long story, but other things have got in the way. Last Friday was the first time I'd been down for several months, and the first time she's been beyond Beaulieu Spit since last September. There are a number of jobs that need doing including - still - getting the tonneau replaced :o.

I could have made a start on Friday, however, faced with the prospect of bright sunshine and gentle breezes and the alternatives of doing some sorting out or going for a blast and lunching at Newtown, guess which won?

Mechanically and structurally, she's in good nick, she just needs a clean, really. And a new tonneau cover .....

Well you've managed to cover most peoples boating preferences among the shots, nice work E.

All going well with your own good ship?

G'Day Callum, she's running fine at the moment, and getting a lot more use than the sunseeker, weather is no longer an issue, being indoors all the time when it's raining:D but the winter works list is getting a bit on the long side.

And yours? we haven't seen many pitchers from your side for a while, last I remember you were playing with a little weight on the front of a Princess as I recall.:D

Yeah, well that was a fail David, the anchor wasn't quite what the all hype claimed and ended up putting the old Manson plough back on.
Thankfully the company's returns policy is sound ;) :)

Glad your new boat is doing it for you, she certainly looks a capable machine.
