Some new interior textiles, with pics

When we bought our new (to us) Fairline Phantom 43 in March, we felt that although all the internal upholsteries were in very good condition and didn't need replacing as such, something was needed to make the boat feel more like ours. We decided to see if this could be achieved with new curtains, a few scatter cushions and various other bits and bobs. The upholsteries in the cockpit needed replacing so we had them done in sunbrella.

I thought I'd post some pics here in case someone is planning similar changes. Ofcourse matters of taste are highly subjective so for some this may be a good example on how not to do things but for us, eventhough the changes are quite subtle, it served the purpose of giving the interior our look.

Looking back, I should have gone for the darker sunbrella (now it's the Heritage Grey).

Very nice Scubaman; I think that's all a very nice improvement/refresh. I'm on the same page as you becuase I plan on having grey sunbrella on exterior of Match 2 - the darker one called Charcoal 5074. (I liked the browns on Match 1 but you gotta have a change between one boat and the next, imho)

I think you still have UK 3-pin 230v sockets (the best in the world!). Do you need any help finding inserts to change them to continental?

Looks great. Everything suddenly looks a whole lot more modern! Mind you, that sunset helps to create the right ambience for the pics,doesn't it? Nice!

Charcoal would be my choice too if I'd be doing this again.

Re: the sockets; thank you, I already have the replacements and about half have been changed since. I've deliberately left some UK sockets too as I have the tube heaters and the dehumidifier from the UK.

There is a non-slip rubber mat under the rocks keeping them from sliding. Also, the waters here are mostly well sheltered.
